Jeff Koenig

Jeff Koenig, Manager of Operations and Property Management, oversees Tri-Land’s portfolio of properties. Jeff coordinates shopping center operations, including tenant and community relations, maintenance, and marketing. Prior to joining Tri-Land in December 2004, Mr. Koenig was a senior associate at Deloitte LLP. Jeff has a B.S. degree in accounting and real estate finance from DePaul University and is a certified public accountant.
