Matt Pauli (Bottom Left) Matt Pauli , Leasing Representative, is responsible for leasing activities throughout the Tri-Land portfolio. Concentrating on new deals as well as renewal leases with existing tenants, Mr. Pauli’s main objective is to increase the value of the properties through decreasing the portfolio’s vacancy while maintaining superior rapport with current tenants. Prior to joining Tri-Land in 2005, Mr. Pauli worked with McKinley, Inc. of Ann Arbor , Michigan . Mr. Pauli earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Michigan State University in East Lansing , MI and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor , MI . A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Mr. Pauli is also a licensed real estate salesperson. |
