Terry G. Alexa (center left) Terry G. Alexa, Vice President of Leasing, directs all leasing efforts for the company’s properties. As a former real estate manager for Frank’s Nursery and Crafts and a regional real estate manager for National Supermarkets, Mr. Alexa gained extensive experience in market analysis, land acquisition, lease negotiations, zoning, IRB financing and sales/leasebacks. Mr. Alexa holds a B.S. degree in business from the University of Wisconsin. |
