Doug Fournier

Doug Fournier, Lease Administration Manager, manages the flow of all legal documents (leases and contracts) throughout the company. In addition he manages the activities of outside service providers such as legal counsel, insurance agents and adjusters, and serves as a liaison between shopping center tenants and owners.

Prior to joining Tri-Land Properties Inc. in October 2007, Mr. Fournier was an attorney at Toussaint & Carlson, Ltd. where he represented business and real estate clients. Mr. Fournier earned his Masters in Business Administration and Law degrees from DePaul University and his Bachelors of Science in Business Finance from Miami of Ohio. He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar.
