Tim Kreczmer (center left) Tim Kreczmer, Financial Analyst, supports the finance arm of the company focusing his efforts in financial modeling to raise equity for acquisitions, redevelopment scenario modeling and refinances. Prior to joining Tri-Land Properties Inc. in October 2007, Mr. Kreczmer was an accountant in the financial reporting group with Trizec Properties. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from DePaul University. |
