Scott Fitzgerald Scott Fitzgerald, Leasing Manager, joined Tri-Land in 2006 as a Leasing Representative. Scott manages all leasing efforts for the company's properties located in Kansas City, Milwaukee and Minneapolis/Saint Paul. His responsibilities include marketing and positioning properties and overseeing the leasing efforts of the retail redevelopment/development projects in his regional leasing portfolio including initiating and maintaining relationships with retailers, listing brokers and the retail brokerage community. Additional responsibilities include the planning negotiation, implementation and direction of the overall leasing efforts on specific retail developments/redevelopments. Prior to joining Tri-Land, Scott was a Senior Accountant at BDO, Seidman for two years and a staff accountant at Wolf & Company for two years where he specialized in real estate accounting including performing audits, preparing financial statements and tax returns. Mr. Fitzgerald has his Bachelor of Business, Financial Accounting from Illinois University. |
