Brian Ladeairous (Center)

Brian Ladeairous, Acquisitions Analyst - Acquisitions & Entitlements, supports the acquisitions and development arms of the company concentrating his efforts in market analysis, due diligence and special financing.

Prior to joining Tri-Land Properties Inc. in December 2006, Mr. Ladeairous was an associate with a national brokerage firm specializing in shopping center dispositions. Mr. Ladeairous obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Computer Systems at Bradley University.
