Greg Hafemann (far right) Greg Hafemann, Director of Acquisitions, works on a number of acquisition-related tasks including sourcing and evaluating new projects, financial projections, due diligence, and market and tenant research. Prior to joining Tri-Land in October 2003, Mr. Hafemann was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in real estate. Mr. Hafemann has a B.B.A. degree in accounting and a Master’s of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mr. Hafemann is a certified public accountant and a licensed real estate broker. |
