Tri-Land has extensive experience reporting to private equity investors, family offices and financial institutions. The Company has historically raised debt capital in excess of $500 million, and equity capital from accredited and institutional investors in access of $200 million. Additionally, Tri-Land has successfully incorporated the use of public financial incentives, such as Tax Increment Financing (TIF), as part of many of its repositioning strategies, to mitigate risk and enhance returns. Over the last 20 years, financial incentives have been received on 12 separate properties totaling in excess of $45 million.
