Village Green Shopping Center – Park Ridge, Illinois - 65,661 square feet

• In 1985, an affiliate of Tri-Land acquired the 65,000-square-foot Village Green Shopping Center located in Park Ridge, IL.

• Tri-Land managed and leased the center on a fee basis for an unrelated owner since 1982, which made Tri-Land an ideal purchaser when the property became available for sale. Tri-Land also favored the strong location of Northwest Highway and Busse Avenue, as well as the limited opportunities for development in the northwest suburban Chicago market.

• Redevelopment of the shopping center has recently been completed which included new building façade, new site lighting, repaving of parking lot, new pylon sign and high impact landscaping.

• The shopping center is currently anchored by a Talbot’s Outlet Store, J. Jill Outlet Store, Blockbuster Video and Famous Footwear.

• In February of 2003, Tri-Land completed a $2.4-million private-equity offering of Village Green through a NASD Syndication.
