• In July 2005, an affiliate of Tri-Land purchased Salem Gate Shopping Center in Conyers, Georgia.

• With the heavily traveled intersection of I-20 and Highway 138 and located in the middle of a major regional retail node, Tri-Land concluded Salem Gate can be repositioned to take advantage of its superior location.

• In January 2006, Tri-Land completed a $3.5 million private equity offering of Salem Gate Shopping Center through a NASD Syndication.
