Tri-Land now employs approximately 50 people, one-half of whom are located in the corporate headquarters in Westchester, Illinois, the company's home for the past 18 years. The group is team-oriented with diverse expertise in finance, development, construction, leasing, management and accounting. Top-level development, management and leasing personnel have worked together at Tri-Land for over twenty years. The balance of Tri-Land's staff is in property management and located at the properties owned by Tri-Land or affiliates in metropolitan Chicago, Illinois; Syracuse, New York; Overland Park, Kansas; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Blaine, Minnesota; Conyers, Georgia; and Indianapolis, Indiana.
