Countryside Center - Yorkville, Illinois - 180,000 square feet

• In April 2005, an affiliate of Tri-Land acquired the 180,000-square-foot Countryside Shopping Center in Yorkville, IL.

• While the existing improvements and configuration of the site were obsolete, Tri-Land recognized that the ‘main and main’ location of U.S. Route 34 and U.S. Route 47 in the rapidly growing city of Yorkville provides an excellent redevelopment opportunity.

• In the summer of 2006, Tri-Land demolished the existing improvements.

• Tri-Land is currently in the planning stages of a complete redevelopment of the shopping center.

• In November 2005, Tri-Land completed a $4.7 million private-equity offering of Countryside Center through a NASD Syndication.
