- In May 2006, an affiliate of Tri-Land acquired Brywood Centre in Kansas City, Missouri, approximately eight miles southeast of downtown Kansas City.
- Tri-Land was attracted to the shopping center by the strong sales performance of Price Chopper, Kansas City's leading grocer, and the major redevelopment opportunity.
- In spring 2007, Tri-Land demolished a portion of the shopping center to prepare the site for redevelopment.
- A significant redevelopment is in the planning stages which will include new retail buildings and outlots, redeveloped façade, high intensity lighting and high-impact landscaping.
- In November 2006, Tri-Land completed a $7 million private-equity offering of Ten Quivira Plaza, Brywood Centre and Devonshire Village through a NASD Syndication.
